Tot el proc\u00e9s de compra de qualsevol consumidor consta de 3 fases. Aquestes fases s\u00f3n TOFU (Top of the Funnel)<\/strong>, MOFU (Middle of the Funnel)<\/strong> i BOFU (Bottom of the Funnel).<\/strong> <\/p>\n

En la primera fase TOFU<\/strong> l’usuari simplement consulta els seus dubtes o inquietuds i cerca per internet mitjan\u00e7ant cercadors (majorit\u00e0riament Google) informaci\u00f3 o solucions a un problema, preocupaci\u00f3, curiositat… Moltes vegades no \u00e9s conscient de la necessitat que pot tenir latent. Les cerques que fan aquest tipus d’usuaris poden ser molt gen\u00e8riques. En aquesta fase TOFU \u00e9s on entra a treballar el departament de M\u00e0rqueting, per a aconseguir atreure correctament a nous usuaris en la nostra web. <\/p>\n

En la segona fase o MOFU<\/strong> l’usuari ja \u00e9s conscient que t\u00e9 una necessitat i est\u00e0 buscant solucions o alternatives per a satisfer-la o cobrir-la. Efectua cerques m\u00e9s concretes i espec\u00edfiques a la seva necessitat. En la fase MOFU els departaments de M\u00e0rqueting i Vendes treballen conjuntament per a preparar a l’usuari per a la possible venda del producte i\/o servei. <\/p>\n

Una vegada l’usuari est\u00e0 conven\u00e7ut o preparat per a comprar el producte o servei comen\u00e7a la tercera fase o BOFU<\/strong>.
